Event Creative Design & Co-ordination
For Thrive’s biggest event of the year, “Thrive Live 24,” I was responsible for overseeing the entire creative output and delivering a comprehensive range of graphics and animations to support the 600-person event. The event took place at London’s prestigious Soho Place, a state-of-the-art, multi-million-pound theatre in the heart of the city.
Working closely with two talented graphic designers on my team, I utilised a sprint framework to manage the project effectively. I began by creating the initial designs myself, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all assets. Once the creative direction was set, I delegated tasks to the team, who adapted the designs into multiple formats and prepared them for print. All assets were managed within Figma, streamlining feedback from multiple stakeholders and ensuring real-time collaboration as the project progressed.

In total, over 40 unique assets were produced, including digital signage, roller banners, lanyard cards, posters, merchandise, speaker cards, and floor vinyls. The sprint culminated in a tightly coordinated effort with marketing executives, ensuring every asset was delivered on time for print and the event day.
In addition to the static assets, I developed a fully animated, Apple Keynote-style presentation in After Effects, designed to be played seamlessly via Keynote during the event. This presentation, remotely controllable by the on-stage speakers, comprised over 20 minutes of dynamic animation. The goal was to elevate the presentation far beyond a typical PowerPoint, making it engaging and visually compelling for the audience.
Delivering such a wide range of assets on a tight deadline was challenging but rewarding. Through strong team coordination, meticulous planning, and close collaboration with stakeholders, the creative work played a key role in the success of this landmark event.
